A401 paper for the DSS-5000P models is available exclusively from Midtronics and their authorized Tool & Equipment resellers.  This paper cannot be found in office supply stores.  Be sure to use only the correct, factory paper.  Use of substitutes will not work, and may cause damage.  Use of substitiutes voids warranty.
